Being one of 5 children of a baker, it was inevitable that one of us would end up in the business. Gratefully, I was the one who followed in my father's footsteps. He brought me into the world of cakes back in 1976 and every year has been more exciting than the last.
My family has been extremely supportive and without them and the Grace of God, I would be nothing.
